Battling the Gain, Failing to Maintain

I have allowed 15 pounds to creep up on my body since I made goal. At first I reigned in the gain when it approached the +5 pound range. In the past year, that gain began fluctuating closer to +10 pounds gained. Now +15 has been the norm for the last couple of months. I did identify one problem area...I had given up caffeine for Lent and guess I over compensated with bites, links tastes and sips. During this time, I also joined a Diva Boot Camp group and have been exercising more than I have in many years. The pounds are continuing to haunt me, so now I'm recommitting to my hiking/walking regime along with Boot Camp.
Monday I went to weigh in at the MW meeting and checked in at an all time high since I reached my WW goal. I've got to recommit and get to serious work. Tracking is the key. I must write down every BLTS that crosses my lips. Activity must be daily and pushing just a little harder each day. Today, Alan and I walked 4 miles rather than our usual 3 miles; I've got to increase my activity and control my eating. I must get back to my goal.
Another thing that was very important to my weight loss success was my spiritual commitment. Lord, help me to get healthy again.
    1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought aa price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
To God be the glory, great things He is doing!
